Armand Pizzicarola works in our Operations & Supply Management departments. He is efficient, kind, productive and a hard worker. He has always been able to create strong relationships with those he works with and is quick to find solutions for any problem that comes his way.

- Don't be afraid to do things the hard way
- Not everything can be done right away. Prioritize and allocate resources accordingly.
- If your cause is worthwhile, don't stop at "no".
